Unwooded Chardonnay Our
Hunter Boutique Wine Show Trophy winner. This wine purely
fruit driven. There was not wood contact at all, with the
resulting wine being light and fresh with a ripe peach character
on the nose.
A delightful wine. Mid-term cellaring.

Hunter Shiraz This wine displays a subtle combination of spicy pepper-like
characters with big full sweet fruit on the nose and palate.
A well structured wine, matured in American Oak with soft tannins
to allow for early enjoyment and will open up with more flavour
over the next three years.

2003 Semillon This wine’s typical herbaceous fruit
flavour went down well with the judges. Perfect for drinking
now or over ten years.

Chardonnay This delicious wine displays ripe fruit
and subtle oak from ageing in American and French Barriques
to give complex characters that will only improve with cellaring.
